Delete your Neonetworking account
In the app
- Open Neonetworking and tap My profile.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted. If you signed up with email, enter your password.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
By email
If you can't use the app, email support@neonetworking.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, then delete it within 10 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address, password, name, username, date of birth, country and profile
- Your profile photo, and photos and files you uploaded
- Your login sessions, verification codes, agreements, the blocks you made, and your daily match records
What is kept
- Messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation so it isn't broken, shown as "Deleted user" with nothing that identifies you.
- Safety reports about or by the account are kept for review for up to 3 years, without your personal details.
After deletion the same email address can be used to create a new account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
