Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-15 · Version 2026-10-01

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Yongsang Kim ("we") for using Neonetworking, a service for meeting people around shared interests and goals. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Neonetworking

You must be 18 or older. You must give your real date of birth, and you may have only one account. If you are under 18, you may not use Neonetworking.

3. Your account

Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. The information in your profile must be truthful and must not impersonate anyone.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Neonetworking. You may not post, send or share anything that:

Accounts that break these rules will be removed, without warning when the breach is serious, and the person may not create a new account. We may also remove the content and, where the law requires it, report it to the authorities.

5. How we keep Neonetworking safe

6. Your content

You own what you write and send. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you send it to, and translate it, only to run Neonetworking. You are responsible for what you send.

7. Match explanations

Match explanations are written from the interests and goals you share, without AI.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (My profile → Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or remove your account if you break these terms or if we are required to by law.

9. The service

Neonetworking is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and safe but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for how other users behave. Take care when meeting anyone in person. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which is zero for a free account).

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will ask you to review and agree again before you continue.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use its courts.
