1. Who we are

2. What we collect, why, and how long we keep it

Stored only on your phone: your login token (in the phone's secure storage), unfinished onboarding answers, your light/dark choice, and a note if the app told this device it is for 18+ only.
We do not collect: your location, contacts, advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking data, or payment details.
3. Service providers and transfer abroad
We use these providers to run Neonetworking. They process your information only to provide their service to us. Using the app involves sending information to them over the internet, including to other countries.

If you do not agree to this transfer, you cannot use Neonetworking, because the service cannot run without these providers. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. What other people can see
People you are matched or connected with see your name, profile photo (if you add one), country, interests, goals, bio and the messages, photos and files you send them. Nobody sees your email address, date of birth, city, username, or who you want to meet.
5. Safety features that use your information
- An automatic word filter checks messages, names and bios, and stops clearly objectionable text before it is sent.
- Reports you make, and reports about you, are reviewed by us. A report never pauses an account by itself: when an account is reported as "seems under 18", a person reviews it and may pause it.
- Photos from other people are blurred until you tap to see them.
6. Your choices and rights
- See and change your profile in the app (My profile).
- Delete your account in the app: My profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. See how to delete your account.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@neonetworking.app from your account's email address.
- You can withdraw your agreement at any time by deleting your account.
7. Adults only
Neonetworking is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we lock or delete it.
8. Security
Connections to our server are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords and codes are stored as salted hashes, login tokens as one-way hashes, and uploaded files are only reachable through short-lived signed links.
